Some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors and manufacturers.  Because of this arrangement the items in your purchase may be shipped separately.

Return Policy

We will accept returns for any item, except for specail order items, within 10 days of date of receipt. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Special Order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returned items must be in original condition with all original packaging and instructions.  If returned item has been installed, show any signs of use, packaging has been damaged, or is incomplete, that item will be rejected for return.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to DimmerWarehouse.com on returned items.  Once an item has been inspected and approved fo return, a credit will be given back to customer in the original form of payment.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Please allow 5-10 business days to process a return once it is received.  If an item has not been approved for return, customer is responsible for shipping charges back to customer.

To request a return, please contact us.  You will be given a Return Authorization Number and return instructions once the form is completed.  Return Authorization Number must be marked clearly on the outside of your return package, otherwise, the return may not be accepted by our personnal.

Defective Returns

The Returns Department performs a thorough inspection of the items returned to confirm that the item is defective. If it is determined that the item is: not defective, still in working order or damaged as a result of improper installation/handling; the return will be canceled. The item will be shipped back to the customer and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer’s credit card.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada

Any orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will occur additional shipping charges. The website does not give the exact amount of shipping costs to these states only the minimum amout. An addition charge will be charged to your credit card after your order is shipped complete. Any orders to Canada will have to be shipped to our warehouse in Houston, Tx and then shipped out to Canada via USPS. Any charges will be charged to your account for shipping. Restocking Fees

RadioRA, Grafik Eye, and metal wallplates (excluding stainless steel wallplates) will incur a 35% restocking fee.  All other items may incur a 15% restocking fees.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel an order only if the order has not been processed for shipment.  Once an order has been processed for shipment, the order cannot be cancelled.  You may then return your order.

Please be aware that orders are processed in a very timely fashion.  If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after submitting your order.

We really want you as our customer!  If you find a lower price ANYWHERE else on a new identical item, just show us the lower price before you buy the item and we will match the price - PLUS 10% OF THE DIFFERENCE.
